the staff were consistently friendly and helpful. my room had a very comfortable bed , pillows, and a good layout. i also found the provided toiletries to be of good quality.

i noticed the air conditioning was a bit noisy , and i struggled to adjust it properly.

the breakfast had many options.

I was really annoyed the rooms were so hot, and i could not open the window for fresh air. the room wasn't perfectly clean either. also, they forgot to prepare towels for the sofa bed. I had to remind reception (after a long day).
